Nestled in the center of Main Street in downtown Half Moon Bay sits the newly remodeled home of Ocean Blue Real Estate. When David set out to remodel an old bagel shop into the new office space, he knew he didn’t want a traditional real estate office with agents sitting behind desks. He wanted more of a community space where realtors could meet their clients, but also where visitors could walk in off the street on their way to Barterra Winery or Gulino Gelato’s shop or even shop for art.
